Asbestos Inspection:

Visual inspection (includes consultation) for suspect asbestos containing materials. Samples are collected and sent to a laboratory for analysis.
Required by the state of Montana if you are renovating or demolishing a commercial or public building (this includes bridges and piping), or a residential building with five or more separate living units or if you plan on burning a structure.
Recommended if you intend to purchase a commercial property.
Recommended if you intend to remodel, demolish, or purchase a residential property.


Asbestos Abatement (Removal):
 

Performed to NESHAP / OSHA / MDEQ / EPA Standards
Oversight, removal, transportation and disposal.

Air Clearance:

Visual inspection and air sampling after removal of asbestos.  Require on regulated projects.
 
Project Design:

Performed to NESHAP / OSHA / MDEQ / EPA Standards

Permit compliance, engineering controls, analysis, etc.  Required for permitted projects.

Management Planner:

Performed to NESHAP / OSHA / MDEQ / EPA Standards
AHERA / EPA compliance.  Required for schools and recommended for commercial buildings.


Project Document Review:

Avoid unexpected delays and work stoppages by having our staff review your project documents before implementation or bid request.


Lead Inspection:

Visual inspection (includes consultation) for suspect lead-based paint. Samples are collected and sent to a laboratory for analysis.
Recommended if you intend to purchase a commercial property.
Required if you use contractor to remodel a residential property built before 1978 or if the property is "target housing" as defined by HUD.
